The terms that apply to the SL Furnitures website and Android app.

These Terms govern your use of https://slfurnitures.com and the "Buy Furnitures" Android application (together, the "Service"). The Service is provided by SL Furnitures, 1 Kimario Street, Kinondoni, Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. Contact: [email protected], +255 781 710 688.
By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
USING THE SERVICE
- You may browse the public catalogue without an account. - You must provide accurate information and keep your account details up to date. - Accounts are authenticated through Clerk. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials and devices secure. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised. - You must not misuse the Service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, submit unlawful or harmful content, or use automated means to scrape or overload it. - We may suspend or close an account that violates these Terms or poses a security or legal risk.
CATALOGUE AND MADE-TO-ORDER REQUESTS
- Product descriptions, images, prices, and availability are indicative and may change. Images are illustrative; natural materials and finishes may vary. - A made-to-order furniture request or general enquiry is not an order, quotation, reservation, payment, delivery confirmation, or production commitment. - We will review a request and may contact you to discuss specifications, pricing, and timing. A binding order is created only through a separate written agreement or an ordering process we make available.
PURCHASES, PAYMENT, AND FULFILMENT
- The current release is request-first. Cart, checkout, online payment, order management, delivery, pickup, cancellation, return, refund, and warranty terms are not active features. - If we introduce online sales, additional terms will apply and will be presented before you place an order.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Service, its design, text, images, and other content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from the Service without our written permission, except as permitted by law.
AVAILABILITY AND CHANGES
We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service, including for maintenance or security. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Events outside our reasonable control may prevent access.
DISCLAIMERS AND LIABILITY
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability required by applicable law. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of data, or loss arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. The courts of Tanzania have jurisdiction, without limiting any mandatory rights you have under the law of your country of residence.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms. We will post the revised version on the website and in the app with a new effective date. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
